Julie guided us through a deeply relaxing series of poses that were not physically challenging to the body, but when correctly found with Julie’s expert and nurturing guidance created total relaxation. I want to say that again TOTAL RELAXATION! When was the last time any of us felt that! As a busy mum of two I haven’t much “me time” so this session is pure unashamed self indulgence. Julie’s voice is so calming and she creates such a tranquil session I can’t recommend it more I left floating on cloud nine Book yourself a session

Friday night was ultra restorative, and I must admit I was a bit late, but you where very understanding and easy with nicki helping to slot me in quietly, and despite the stress I was feeling from the day and those events, I was able to relax within 10 mins. I don’t usually like to admit, but I suffer from Asperger’s syndrome and that was really playing up this week, however the session easily calmed it and allowed me to be aware of it again
